Rob Offord

Managing Director

Rob has extensive experience within client, consulting and contracting organisations. He has an impressive and proven track record of delivering first class results by applying commercial and business acumen at strategic and operational levels whilst building and maintaining long term customer and supply chain relationships. Rob has over 25 years’ experience, the last 13 in a senior management, executive or board level capacity. His previous roles have included:

  • Amey PLC Business Director, Rail

Kevin McGeever

Director

Kevin’s career in the construction, rail and utilities industry has made him a successful and widely respected director who has led numerous flagship projects over his 33 year career. His track record in delivering multi-functional infrastructure and building projects has earned professional recognition throughout the industry.  His previous roles have included:

Nick Spall

Director

Nick has worked extensively in the rail industry where he has a proven track record of building high performing teams and successfully leading a number of alliances and collaborative frameworks. He has delivered national infrastructure programmes and is recognised as a high calibre and innovative leader. In 20 years at Network Rail, he held senior management positions:
  • Delivery Director for Northern Programmes
  • Route Delivery Director, IP Central, LNW North region
  • Senior Programme Manager, FTN (Fixed Telecom Network) project
  • Alliance Programme Director, WCRM (West Coast Route Modernisation)

Rhiannon Price

Managing Consultant

Rhiannon has developed and delivered over 500 rail infrastructure projects, from station enhancements to complex line speed and capacity improvement projects, including third party developments on behalf of Local Authorities. She is highly respected within the industry, having led multi-functional teams to achieve client aspirations and maximise safety, innovation and efficiency, drawing on her excellent stakeholder relationships. Rhiannon has led complex projects including:
  • Rail Systems for delivery of the new Belfast Transport Hub
  • Construction of Farnworth Tunnel
  • Reconstruction of Holme Tunnel

Duncan Golding

Managing Consultant

Duncan has been responsible for the contract procurement of over 1,000 rail projects during his career. He has built strong relationships with a wide network of contacts across the rail industry, multi-disciplinary construction businesses and the supply chain. He has extensive experience of developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure they meet client objectives, requirements, processes and Public Procurement Regulations. Duncan is an industry leader in collaborative behavioural training, assessment and embedment and has excellent negotiation & facilitation skills.

Sam Havill

Managing Consultant

Sam has led the commercial delivery of over 50 multi-disciplinary rail projects, including one of Network Rail’s highest performing contracts, North West Electrification Programme Phase 3. He adopts a collaborative, pre-emptive approach, drawing on excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management. Recognised as a rail industry expert in commercial management, Sam draws on an outstanding track record in managing commercial activities and their integration with project and programme workstreams to deliver commercial control across all project stages.

Innes Murray

Senior Consultant

Innes is an accredited NEC3 ECC Project Manager with extensive experience of project managing rail infrastructure projects from pre-delivery and through all project phases.

During his railway career, Innes has been responsible for the development and delivery of projects ranging in value from £100,000 to £260m, encompassing all railway engineering disciplines.

Hayley Bradbury

Senior Consultant

Hayley is an accredited NEC3 ECC Project Manager with over 14 years project management experience in a wide variety of sectors including complex multidisciplinary projects in the rail industry. Hayley has been responsible for the development and delivery of railway renewals portfolios up to a value of £70m. Identified as a Rail Industry ‘Role Model and Future Leader,’ Hayley has delivered several complex and challenging projects.

Joshua Smales

Senior Consultant

Josh has worked on over 50 railway projects and has experience of delivering projects on time and within budget through project stages. Josh can draw on his familiarity of the whole project lifecycle to add value through foresight and pre-emptive behaviours.

Josh’s exceptional understanding of construction technologies means he can identify value engineering opportunities that often materialise into genuine savings for the client.

 

Will Egan

Senior Consultant

Will is a Chartered civil engineer with seven years’ experience within the railway industry. He has proven experience of managing complex, co-ordinated designs that exceed client expectations on safety, affordability and sustainability. During Will’s career in the railway industry, he has been responsible for the design and delivery of major multidisciplinary design projects that have valued up to £3bn

Paul Feltham

Senior Consultant

Paul has a proven track record in procurement, contract and commercial management of rail projects. He has significant experience in the implementation of rail procurement strategies, commercial management and traditional forms and collaborative management of frameworks, alliances and partnerships. Paul has led the procurement and commercial delivery of projects ranging in value from £250k to £250m, encompassing all rail engineering disciplines.

Nathaniel Crawford

Graduate Consultant

Nathaniel commitment, enthusiasm and adaptability has not been overlooked by our staff or clients. Nathaniel has a diverse range of experience gained from his time with BTTC working on his first commission and from studying for his Postgraduate Master’s Degree in Quantity Surveying at University of Salford, for which BTTC is sponsoring his studies.

Eden Northcott

Graduate Consultant

Eden graduated from Newcastle University with a First Class BA (Hons) in Classics in 2019, and brings a new perspective to BTTC.

Eden is working to transform our approach to marketing, communication and bidding in addition to supporting project delivery.

 

Raheema Majid

Trainee Consultant

Raheema supports the Project Management department at BTTC whilst continuing her studies at the University of Salford in Construction Project Management. 

Raheema is not only gaining valuable experience, helping her to develop her project management skillset, but also helping improve BTTC’s services from her university learning.

 

 

Nicole McKinley

Apprentice Consultant

Nicole is studying for a BTTC-sponsored BSc in Professional Practice in Quantity Surveying at Sheffield Hallam University as part of her Apprenticeship.

During her time at BTTC, Nicole has had the chance to expand her knowledge in different industries and gain skills which allow her to work to the best of her ability whilst continually and consistently making progress.
